We want you to feel confident in your AYM pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition. Our goal is to ensure your sustainable wardrobe fits you perfectly while minimizing environmental impact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is free from marks or scents.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
